I myself think the fallen (Vandals in particular) should be a playable character! They did this in halo with the Elites, why not just do it with the vandals? I can see how having the 4 arms may be problematic, however I say only allow us to use two arms and the other two are just there!
Edit 1: Apparently many people disagree with my thinking, may I ask why this is so?
Edit 2: So someone has suggested a game mode in which we have fallen vs guardians. Sounds epic and like something bungie could accomplish!
Edit 3: TheGreatNike has responded and approves my post! Also, we are on the latest page!

How many vandals and captains have you seen that actually use those extra arms for anything? I find that the most bizarre thing about the fallen.
-
1 ReplyYeah i would play a hive thrall or knight if bungie did that.
-
yes i would be a vex minoutar if i could play as an enemy race
-
1 ReplyA 5 team game mode would be cool 6v6v6v6v6 Guardians v hive v fallen v cabal v vex You choose your team and each race has specific abilities and weapons (guardian default) for each species (for instance you could play as a hobgoblin but only have 1 gun and your super was stasis mode based. Different for each class

2 RepliesEdited by Yakson5: 8/23/2015 8:54:25 PMThey should definitely do this. Since the Fallen used to be The Traveller's chosen warriors, some of them should be special and still has The Traveller's Light. They can be loyal to The City (more loyal than Variks) and speak like Variks

3 RepliesFallen vs guardian crucible mode I think yes

8 RepliesFallen=elites

2 RepliesIt'd be cool if destiny 2 was similar to halo 2. Masterchief=Guardian Arbiter=Some fallen

2 RepliesFour armed warlocks titans and hunters pls
-
1 ReplyI feel like we should be allies with fallen in destiny 2.
-
1 ReplyHeck no what else would I shoot?
-
3 RepliesFallen v guardians sounds similar to infected in CoD. On random guy is chosen as infected and he has to kill the non infected for tgem to turn infected :)
-
8 RepliesTo anybody saying "all fallen are evil" look at veriks. He fights loyal to the queen as all from house judgment did. House judgment were not evil they fought for judgment and the reason veriks is the last alive is because all fallen wiped out his house or dispersed to other houses. They could revive house judgment and anytime you load in you go right to variks as your mentor.
-
1 ReplyI like it, and it matches up with the story, with variks the loyal and what not
-
1 ReplyI think playing a 'memory' mission where you play as fallen during the time they had the traveler/during their collapse
-
1 ReplyAll fallen are evil(yes this includes you randal) except for variks, but he cannot fight, elites were heroes in halo 3 and at the end of halo 2, in 4 and ce, they were villains.
-
4 RepliesI think that if we were to ally ourselves with any of the alien races it would definetely be the cabal, but I don't think they'll be a playable race either.
-
2 RepliesOoh that would be interesting, what about if they included a game type where it's similar to clash but it's fallen vs guardians?... 6 v 6 one team plays as fallen the other as guardians, 3 rounds, let's say round 1, team 1 are the guardians then in round 2 they switch and round 3 is random. Except at random times a player or two on the fallen team respawns as a captain.
btw everyone on the fallen side would start off as vandals but perhaps a way to make things seem fair is that since vandals don't have shields, perhaps they could just have more health?
ideas anyone?

1 ReplyOnly if my super can be called "going Randal".

5 RepliesThe only game I've ever seen with quad-wielding is the darkness and is a very rare playstyle for obvious reasons :')
