I challenge anyone to find a more useless perk
I found it. You all complain about mulligan and shank burn. You have no idea.

Edit- A lot of you are making up useless perks. That isn't the point of this topic. I actually found a Jester S/A 3 with stated perk.

It's crap on snipers too, I want the lowest possible zoom on my snipers no matter what. At least the perk on Hereafter gives you unflinching perk as well.

Rockets with mulligan. How do you miss a rocket? It's wise to aim at the ground the enemy is standing on and like mulligan is going to proc when it shoots right past someone, it barely works on Icebreaker >:|

Any rocket launcher with stability as a perk.. it's one shot at a time.. so stability isn't any use & yet almost every rocket launcher seems to have a perk to increase stability!

5 RepliesI got a launcher with Surrounded. Bonus damage when three or more enemies are close in proximity. So great, I can kill all three enemies and myself if I get on top of them, good perk, good plan!
