Even the "new" enemies are just re-skins...LOL Boy, they aren't even attempting to cover up the fact that they aren't trying

1 ReplyTDB contains 2 new strikes/1 raid/2 light level increase compare to HoW's 1 strike/PoE (pretty much same as a strike)/rephrased skirmish with better rewards. So I'm perplexed as to why people think HoW contains more contain than TDB... E3 reveal won't mean anything since Bungie can change everything like they did with initial release.

5 RepliesNot dlc. This is an expansion
-
i dont want to validate this with a response so i wont
-
No1curr if you aren't going to play it or buy it. I will. Bye bye.
-
Really? Rage quitting 3 months before release? Do you suffer from premature ejaculation? Because there is help out there for you.
-
It's worth it though shit ton of stuff coming out. I will quit destiny by then but will come back when that comes out.
-
Expansions are more than just unlocked, downloadable content.
-
This is like an equivalent to a whole new game. Shut the -blam!- up dumb kid.
-
People don't understand that it's not bungie. It's Activision.

1 ReplyNot trying to be a dick man but $40 to is not $40 to everyone. Really not trying to sound like a snob but $40 is nothing I would think twice about spending for a new raid, new subclasses, new maps, new strikes new weapons and new enemy race. I want that electrical storm man.
-
3 RepliesDude, don't even bother making these posts 9/10 people here would let bungie fool around with their wives and still defend and justify all of Bungie's actions.
-
Then leave. Bye. Good riddance. You guys complaining are the reason everyone acts the way they do on these forums.

It better have a damn good raid without any glitches. HoWs has been a joke. The fact that we could basically have everything done with the DLC in the first week. I'll be more than happy to help Destiny get closer to making 2 billion dollars if they actually do what they said they were going to do..... make an MMO style FPS with an in depth story line and competitive multiplayer.

Warrior vyktor it says you haven't even played destiny yet so, you have no room or business to judge and care.

8 RepliesEdited by TeKnoVKNG23: 6/10/2015 6:05:07 PMWhat will be funny is that we just got HOW, haven't even had it for 3 weeks and they are already saying "Oh look you have to pay more money to continue playing Destiny after you invested $100 so far in the game." You'll have spent $140 by September to keep playing this very simple limited content game, then they have a Vex and a Cabal expansion coming as well before Destiny 2 so assume $20 a piece, you're up to $180 for a SINGLE game that hardly delivers any content. You'll spend another $40 in September to play some Mars and Venus maps backwards and they'll call it "new" content. You are spending more money on a watered down console title that has not even 1/4 of the content of any MMO game that is out today that are either free to play or cost way less money. In the years I've played SWTOR which launched with more content on the starting planet than all of the game Destiny has to offer, I haven't even spent close to $200 and there is endless content for me to play. Even COD you pay the $40 or whatever up front for the season pass and you get ALL the DLC that comes out in the lifetime of the game. Destiny you bought a season pass and your'e going to wind up missing out on 3 separate DLC packs they want more money for. It is pretty sad what the mobile gaming generation has done to the video game industry and Activision is trying to take advantage of it with their business practices regarding Destiny. House of Wolves has already done a pretty bad job of further alienating the PVP/PVE sides of the community and Bungie hardly listens to the community. When they do listen it takes them 6-7 months to make simple changes to the game like the special weapon ammo fix that was requested way back in September in PVP, etc. Takes them 7 months to fix VOG bugs that were complained about when the raid released, etc. and all they do is offer excuse after excuse and hardly communicate anything to the community. Deej is about the worst "community manager" of any game I've ever seen. Most major games in the style of Destiny, when they put out a major patch they give you a month or so of notice and detail everything in the patch so they have time to avoid surprises and they have time to address player concerns and maybe even adjust the patch before it launches. Destiny gives you about 5% of the information of what is coming in the actual patch and then they put the patch out with 30 other changes they never told us about including stealth nerfs and other things and then they don't even bother to address the community when people complain and get mad about it. They just leave us twisting in the wind. They've had terrible communication from day 1, but sadly most "Desticles" are either first time gamers or don't care and continue to eat up everything BungieVision spoon feeds them.

6 RepliesYou people don't learn do you? Its the same with the HoW. "HoW is going to be $40." "HoW is going to have a raid." "HoW is going to have trading." And what proof did all you retards have? A bunch of data mined photos and plain speculation from gaming websites and what not. Wait for a reveal where you actually know how much it will cost before you come on the forums crying about the price.
-
4 RepliesIt is laughable that they expect us to paid $40 for 1 raid that should have been in the house of wolves DLC. The rest will just be a bunch of existing maps played backwards. I will not be purchasing it.
-
Yeah, I'm done. I bought the dlc bundle at the start and haven't even remotely been entertained enough. No story whatsoever (grimoire cards? Lol lazy) and just replaying the same areas this whole time... The only truly new areas they added were the dark below raid, and the reef/PoE since release. And the original advertising was for vast playable areas akin to Skyrim or GTA, but that target was obviously not met. I'm done waiting for them. The only reason people put this many hours down is to hang out with friends while playing. If I had to search alone I would have quit a long time ago.

1 ReplyHalo 5 it is for me. Adios, Destiny. Have fun

22 RepliesEveryone hates and hates on how much the game sucks, how it's broken, yada-yada. First off; do you know how much work goes into building such a complicated game? If you have ever gotten lost in Mars or underneath the moon, you should know that they put in a crap load of time into a game that is made for you and me. Secondly; if you don't like the game don't play it. There are sooooo many people out there who bitch and complain about all these little things. Is forty dollars worth it? Yes it is, and you and everyone else out there know that. How much is it to go out and buy hookers with your friends or go watch your favorite hockey team? Around 100$ for the hookers and around 10-50$ depending on where you sit at the game. And your saying that 40$ is too much money for a game most of us have spent 100+ hours on. I swear people like you just want to share the bad things in the world, (ugh Obama sucks, why did he make "friends" with Cuba. We should just bomb Iraq). Ninety percent of us can afford the new dlc, even if that means missing out on that new hooker or not being able to buy those dewrittos that we have been craving. So stop being a cry-baby and admit it: we all love this game and no matter what we will all most likely buy this new, awesome dlc.

How dare they ask to be paid for something that costs a lot of money to make. lol kids and punk self-entitled cheapskates.
-
Joke's on you, you'll come back and buy it anyway.

1 ReplyI really don't get why everytime a dlc comes out, people start crying about money. Nobody's forcing you......
-
41 RepliesThe taken king is interesting. The "Taken" part means taken from the original game and made into DLC.
