If you could bring a gun over from another game...
What would it be? What perks would it have? How would it be integrated into the Destiny universe?
Personally, I would love to see the Wunderwaffe-DG2 from CoD:WaW in Destiny. I always loved the 'magical' feel of that gun and loved the style in which it would end hoards of Zombies.
In Destiny, I would make the DG-2 an Exotic Fusion Rifle, but it would be equippable in the Heavy Slot. It would have Arc Damage and the following perks:
Unstable 115: Bolts from this weapon cause heavy DoT on targets and can spread to other targets in close proximity.
Hypercharge: Holding the trigger for longer fires multiple bolts at once.

XM8 AR from Battlefield BC series (amongst other games) this beauty of a weapon was dropped as a military project due the production cost of the weapon. If it was in destiny, it would be in this way: XM8 "The title 'Prototype' doesn't mean useless." Kinetic DMG Perk 1: Accuracy increases the longer the weapon is fired in ADS. Perk 2: Reloading this weapon prematurely increases Mag size. Exotic perk: Wrath of the Golden Age - Increased firepower with activation of perk 2. A remnant of the Golden Age of Humanity, this weapon is one of the last of its kind. Though abandoned in its prototype state, this weapon can still fight to protect those who would wield it.

The sniper that Val carries in evolve and the perk would be it places a temporary spot on the target that makes everyone's shots do double damage when hit in the target zone
