Level 3 dead orbit
I leveled to 3 with dead orbit. Most folks report getting Venation 3 hand cannon which I was so looking forward to getting. I get a commendation and shard. Thanks bungie

I got that gun from a legendary engram from a cryptarch package. Feels weird to use after using the last word for a while. Either way good luck on your hunt.

70 ranks between characters, no shader. I was going to save all the packages and make a video opening them.. Imagine how I would have felt 70 packs later.

Keep trying I'm rank 30 with DO Rank 8 revenant Rank 28 the nowhere It's rng don't think it'll be easy to get what you want

The Sniper Rifle, LMG and launcher I got from ranking up are all very solid weapons. Just be patient and keep grinding. You'll get some good stuff eventually.

I went from levels 3 through nine only getting a more of light each time.

So? Rank 5 in dead orbit and new monarchy and only gotten one energy everytime I leveled up. Before commendations existed

I got Bittersteel at rank 8... Hehe. Srsly, I can't complain with that. Looking forward to the scout rifle if I can get my hands on it. If not, no worries.

That's the first level you start to get rewards from the factions. Be aware they award far less than the vanguard so if there are vanguard weapons you haven't picked up, keep your vanguard class armor on. I've only gotten some armor from the faction ranking.

3 RepliesIm rank 12. Only rewards i have gotten other than shards and commendations are the assault rifle, venation 3, and bittersteel. Dont get pissed taht you didn't get something in your very first package. More frequently than not, that is exactly what you wil get.

Nothing is a guarantee, I just got venation 3 from my 9th or 10th dead orbit rank.
