addressing super serious gamers
look I smoke a couple times a day and I always play high so it really pisses me off when we got mr buzzkill over here bumming down my vibe. just because I'm laughing doesn't mean I'm not taking it seriously, and I actually do better while I'm high to. so here's some advice, welcome stoners into your gameplay because we're the shit and try not to act like u have a 7 foot long stick up your bum aright?
Edit 1: aha getting a lot of hate on here but idc. the only reason people know I'm high is because I tell them before the game. I'm not the most annoying laugher but I do laugh. when I say "serious gamers" I'm talking about a 30 yr old man kicking me just because i laughed after we killed the Templar. like tf bruh? I had the relic to, we wouldn't have beaten him if it wasn't for me. -blam!-ed up man, I still don't know why I got kicked. and when I say "I pay better when I'm high" it's because I -blam!-ing do. I'll put on some bomb ass beats and whenever I'm high I get more focused and it's like I'm almost fused to my character. and those of you looking at my stats, stats don't mean shit. I -blam!- around all the time or there's certain bounties I'm going after so since I'm targeting a certain section of the game like shoulder charging wizards, clearly I'm not going to do well. half of you guys are dumb as shit. and if you smoke to add me on xbox 1. gt Nasty Clique

Instead of listening to one guy talk and talk and talk, it's better if the AIR ways are open for Fireteam communication relating the gameplay at hand. For example, Venus right side, pick up the Relic, I'll use RPG's on the Pretaurian. 5 seconds left. etc.

Easy solution. Don't tell your fire team your high. I never do... And I play better while high.

21 RepliesEver since weed got legalized in certain states a lot more cases of marijuana overdose have been popping up in hospitals. Kids are really ignorant about the dangers of marijuana, often saying that "it's safe" and " you can't get addicted" and " you can't overdose". OP, I don't think the behavior of recreational marijuana use is ever going to become acceptable by the majority of society. Most people grow up and realize that it's not good.

2 of the best players I play with every day are always high. They're also always the sword carriers when we fight Crota and we never cheese him, normally beat him on 1st or 2nd try.

2 RepliesI don't care what you do before, during, or after you play...just [b]don't[/b] do these things: 1.) Be an a$$hol3 2.) Ignore team mates and run off doing your own thing. 3.) Create excessive mouth noises into your microphone.. ie; chewing, burping, coughing or hacking up a lung.. ..other than that I'm good with playing with anyone who wants to work together and get some stuff done P.S... On a side note, to all of you saying you [i]need[/i] to smoke or [i]play better[/i] when you do...please realize this: You really are that good, or that capable when you play...it's not the Mary J, believe in yourself... the weed just causes you to focus more or whatever it is that makes you better...it doesn't create super human abilities that weren't there before....in short, you don't [b]need[/b] the weed to play, you just [b][u]enjoy[/u][/b] the feeling of getting "faded" before you do, lol.. cheers.

That sounded slightly egotistical if I'm to be honest. Maybe it's not them being too serious, but possibly them being annoyed by your laughing, or maybe you could be being obnoxious in their eyes. Instead of telling people to mellow out, just mute them so they don't have to hear you, and you don't have to hear them. It literally solves everything.
