Bounty Trick Cheating - FIX THIS
Bungie,
I assume you know about the bounty trick that if you are logged in at reset time you will see the new bounties for the day and can complete them. Then log out and come back and they will be there again for you to do.
Basically earning yourself double the rep and XP daily. Many people have been exploiting this bug and have reached Eris Rank 4, unlocking very important trades for shards and other required items.
It is unreasonable to ask people to be up for reset everyday and for those who do not have the lifestyle to wake up early everyday they cannot take advantage of this.
Either fix it or provide more bounties daily so people who cannot take advantage of this do not get left behind.
This should be fixed soon or have a new system put in place to allow everyone to gain extra rep and XP daily.
I would also appreciate if people replied to this civilly instead of repeated threats since you are worried Bungie will take your exploit away.
If you believe it is fine to keep this glitch in, then there should be a way for everyone to have the chance at double XP and rep no matter your time zone.
Other vendors are not a big deal but Eris has become more important due to her shard/energy trade and other items needed to upgrade weapons like Murmur.
It is not a race, but it is unfair for people who have busy lives and cannot be up until late hours of the night on a daily basis.
I hope this post makes Bungie and the community aware of this. Whether to exploit it for those who did not know or for Bungie to allow for everyone to get more rep and XP daily.

Stop getting butt hurt with what people do in a video game. It's honestly not that big of a deal. Your post does nothing and if bungie wanted to fix it they would have/or will fix it.

Typical, everyone complains that eris is favouring the hunter for the bounties and now when she does release a warlock or a Titan bounty and there is a way to double the xp for it someone complains so how about you please just shutup and let people level eris, twat.

8 RepliesTotally agree. And we also need a strict time limit of 1 hour per day, 5 hours max per week. It's not fair that people that can play more then me are able to level up faster than me, and get weapons and marks and everything. I shouldn't be punished since I can't put in the same amount of time. If Bungie won't enforce a time limit they should at least give everyone else the same amount of stuff as the people that play all day get. Please see to it Bungie. Whatever, I live in Germany, reset time here is 10:00 in the morning. Would be easier for me than most of you janks. But you know what, I can't be bothered and who ever does, well then, they get more than me.... SO WHAT!!!

Strangely enough, and I've never heard this talked about, but I had my daily story mission glitch somehow and I ended up getting double ascendent materials for the day... Edit: by glitch I mean that I was able to do it twice, and I got rewards both times

I personally can't stay awake for the reset, but I really couldn't care less about people doing the bounty exploit. I don't see how this glitch affects me or you.....

It's Bungie's fault for making it take so goddamn long. Putting time and effort into your game? Lol nah, let's just give them another shitty reputation grind but make it take forever, forcing them to grind thus making the DLC's gameplay stretch for days upon days, all because Bungie didn't want to put any goddamn effort into the DLC. Pathetic. I have lost all respect for Bungie as a company.

Curious...how in any meaningful way does this negatively impact you? Other than Iron Banner, I don't see how it could. I have no skin in the fight, just curious as to how you think it affects you directly.
