Though I see your point and agree, your comparison is somewhat invalid. The difference between Lara Croft and female guardians in Destiny is Lara Croft wasn't created by the player, you didn't have a choice, that's who paid for. When a male chooses to make a female character in Destiny, then one could question sexuality because many people live out secret second lives everyday in different ways(think there's a game for that)... but just because you could doesn't mean you should.
