More and more I find myself losing interest in what current developers have to offer and nothing is capable of holding my attention anymore. With that said Bungie you have done a wonderful job with Destiny. I'm the type of person that can work something up in my head to become this amazing concept and when it finally is released to public I become disappointed that it wasn't what I built it up to be. To be completely honest I thought that I was going to do that as well to this game, but wen I finally got to play it I was not disappointed. Even with the restricted access to the game I was completely content doing the same things over and over. The pvp was fun as well and I felt, (though frustrated at times due to my own lack of skill in pvp) that it was fairly balanced and each individual guardian held there own pros/cons in different situations. All in all I view Destiny as a success and I am glad to say I finally have a game that will hold my interest for a lengthy period of time. I do however have suggestions as other people have. Now I understand that the game is already made and that it is coming out in a month so I do not expect to see any changes and even if nothing ever changes I am happy. As I said before I have seen a lot of suggestions from a lot of people but one thing I haven't come across is anyone mentioning events. I absolutely love the idea of events they give the game a certain extra boost when you don't really feel like getting into anything major and exploration just does the trick. Now the events could have been a teaser as they were and completely change when the game launches but I felt they lacked. I did a lot of free exploration and even delved a few times into area's guarded by "??" And very rarely did events pop Up for me. During the week that I took part in the beta I came across maybe 5 events that triggered and a few of them were identical. I feel an easy way to possibly intensify these is to make them more variant. Make the goals more largely scaled and maybe throw in some world based events instead of just all zone based. It stinks to literally have to wait around in one particular zone just to partake in an event while another could be taking place elsewhere. If these events were harder then you could darken all the zones and any guardian on that particular server map could rush to it and hopefully defeat the issue. I personally believe that it itself could lengthen peoples attention span and keep people interested far longer. Especially us players more PvE based. Just an idea I wanted to throw out there incase you guys happen to look over any of these posts. Keep doing what you do Bungie, I've been a long time fan. You never cease to amaze. Zero

4 RepliesIf you start from level 8 you are 40% if the way to capping your character level wise and most people have well over half of their perks within their subclass so thats another chunk you lose with the full game. Then you will complain about how the game was short when you started so far along. I would restart a new character even if i kept all my gear. I dont want to start that early in the game with all of that progress. It wouldnt be fair to anyone especially sonce the leveling will probably change so its harder to level up anyways. What is the point in playing if you are basically 1/2 the way through the game? Thank you for reading, DaffiestDruid9

I believe you guys should bring the Destiny beta back up in August. Only for a few days, because I think September is still awhile I wanna be able to play Destiny Beta again it was fun. And please make it to where all our stuff from Destiny Beta will go to the full game.....you know everyone wants you guys to do that so why not do it ?

(I played as hunter so, if you feel the warlock or Titan class has anything that should be altered speak on it). Hunter armor is boring ATM it doesn't look anywhere near as diverse as the other armor sets and quite frankly it's a little to dark. IMO, there should be more variation between colors but maybe shaders will change that. Shaders should preview on current armor when you press details before purchase. (I myself couldn't buy them) I watched YouTube videos and saw that they only affect certain parts of the armor and if you pick a two color shader it might only have one color. A preview before purchase would eliminate all problems with shaders now, if you won't give us an option to customize the color ourselves. Sparrows and ships should have shaders too. Forcing me to buy a brand new sparrow/ship feels unnecessary when it's the same design. Sparrow racing maps/game mode could be a whole thing in itself. Learning to manage your boosts to maintain the lead could really be magical, and you could have 3 different classes of racing. The original sparrow with no brakes, the one that allows you to brake, and the Pike(without guns, and with guns but should be two separate game modes). Extending the Hunters Super or Allowing a full 6 chamber shot as a future upgrade for story mode only because compared to the other supers you can only take down 1 sometimes 2 enemies if shooting wizards and captains with it. (in multiplayer, 3 shots should remain) Changing the throwing knife of the hunter to a sideways more frisbee-esque/batarang toss to give it a wider spread so it becomes more useful compared with the Warlock and Titan classes R1 moves (which ATM, are one shot kills depending on range from R1 to enemy, while the knife requires a bit of damage first before becoming lethal). Lower the splash damage power of the Warlock and Titan supers in multiplayer because ATM it is impossible to avoid either from audio/visual clues. Also, change the temporary invulnerability they have when they engage in there supers(only turrets, vehicle weapons and heavy weapons can stop the super before it lands). Add a designated place to sell items/weapons for Glimmer. Dismantling should still be an option for inventory maintenance while on the field(it's not a good option as the only way to get rid of items/weapons given how little you get in return for it). Green Encryptograms should only give you Green weapons/gear or better. Same with basic Encryptograms and purple Encryptograms. Increase player speed while at the tower significantly so that we can get in and get out rapidly. Also add an option to play the crucible/iron banner directly from the people who sell stuff specifically for these game modes. The class specific guardians that are always in the tower selling stuff for the specific class should have at least one green level item per refresh. ATM they're useless once past level 5. Don't give items randomly to crucible players. Items should be awarded to top 3 players of winning team and top player of losing team. The items shouldn't be randomly given to anyone. It makes playing the crucible/iron banner a grind when it shouldn't be. Or just take the awards out of both game modes. Decrease the power of the heavy vehicle on moonbase. It should only one shot on direct hits. It shouldn't one shot on splash damage. Because of it's splash damage problem, maybe splash damage just needs to be altered in multiplayer in general because ATM all splash damage is overpowered. More face customizations for our Guardians. Maybe even allow us to have stats for our helmets on the battlefield without wearing the helmet so we can see our face. Brighter colors for loot and ammo. It's hard to see it sometimes. ON PS4, Allow for touchpad to be used to navigate the options menu. It felt like a big misstep to not involve the touchpad functionality with a pointer like that. 12 RepliesI cannot wait for this game to finally be out. Almost to the point of being to excited though, as now I'm worried what I'm not seeing that could potentially be a negative for this game. Honestly the thing that comes to mind first to me is the end game. Now I understand getting to 20 will be fairly easy (15-20 hours). I mean that in the way ill be playing is balls to the wall the entire release week. So this got me thinking, alright I hit 20, so then ill be going for getting reputation in the various groups and crucible. As well as getting the best armor I can in the process. Now those 2 things could take a while, but in my mind hopefully aren't the end all be all. What I'm trying to say is that after 20 and after the reputation grind and armor grind start to wear down people, what is left to keep us going? Are there more than just one "Glass Vault" raid or strike in the game? Is it really that hard as i have heard? Don't get me wrong i hope it is, because that adds a new challenge and/or goal for end game that I really hope this game has more than anything. End Game Content can make or break you with these "MMOish" games. On a final note though, even if the end game is lacking for some reason, at the end of the day its a FPS first. And just like COD or HALO, everyone plays those over and over and over without any type of real progression or loot for that matter. So i know i will play it for a while no matter what. But with an end game like i spoke of, it would make it last a lifetime.

6 RepliesThe beta, while it lasted was a blast. This is definably a well balanced game all around, but the purpose of a beta test is to get feedback, and there is really only one thing that a few other people and myself would like to see. That one thing is environmental changes from moving from one world to another. More specifically would be things such as gravity changes. I believe that this would give more of that "we're not in Kansas anymore" feeling and make it a challenge for a player to have to adapt a little bit more. But still this game is great and i'm really looking forward to the main release.

6 RepliesOK, so those of you who are complaining about wheather your characters will transfer or not, here's what I think: if our characters transfer, great. I will have a head start, and a lvl 20 hand cannon in the vault from the iron banner. If they don't transfer, then I get to re enjoy the beginning of destiny. Besides, in a month old Russia is going to feel new again. So is the crucible and the strike missions. So whatever bungie decides to do, I am OK with it.

18 RepliesI'm fine w/ our characters not transferring over to the full game, however I think everything we put in our vault should carry over. The characters don't matter because you can make them again and get to the max level in a day. But the gear that took us multiple days to collect. And for all the people saying it would be an "unfair advantage to people who didn't play in the beta, well the gear would still have a level requirement of at least 8. Meaning when the full game launches you wouldn't be able to use beta gear until you got to the required level. Nothing would be unfair, you just wouldn't have to grind missions for 2 days to reacquire everything. All in all it was a great beta and i'm looking foward to September 9th.

2 RepliesDid anyone else not receive a nameplate, cuz I was playing the beta at during the exact time that we were supposed to receive the beta reward and i did not receive it, I even rebooted the game and went to orbit and the tower, but I never got the nameplate, I was really disappointed and i don't know if that was a bug or something like that
