Character won't show up on Destiny Companion app
My "legend" will not show up when I get on the companion app. It just shows the black outline of a hunter. Does anybody have a solution to this problem? Any help would be appreciated!

I'm only able to view one of my guardians. Am I missing something? Android 4.4.4 galaxy Note 4. I've logged out and back in. Still just 1.

2 Repliesi'm having the same issue with my Android Divice, i can see my character in my pc, but i install and reinstall the companion app in my Android Cellphone, Blu Life 8 and the character doesnt show up only his siluet in grey and a reload icon nothing more the other thigs works fine, i move in first place the app to the SD card i was thinking that was the problem so i erase the app and install again in my internal memory and the same shit still happening, GPU of my Android Divice is a Mali one and all the last games runs Nice so the GPU i thinkg isnt the problem, processor i have a 8 core, processor at 1.7 ghz, and 1 gb of ram, one friend of mine has a moto E dual core 1gb of ram and the character shows up in his Android Divice, i was thinking i was the only one, with this issue please help!!!!!!!

The first time I've used the app, it was showing my armor. Then I deactivated this in the settings. Recently I activated it back and now it's all black. I'm on a first gen Nexus 7.

Mine is doing the same thing, and I'm on my laptop. It works on my fiancée's desktop though. Both Microsoft products.

Same problem here on a galaxy grand. Could you edit the thread to make it clear that your info and stats do appear?

I'm wondering if it's account related. I checked the legend using a computer instead and my character still comes up as a black silhouette.

I'm right there with you. I still just get blacked out outlines. I have tried on my PC, my Nexus 7, and My Nexus 5 phone. Initially it worked for a week or so, but now I'm having no luck.

I've been posting about this and it gets no traction. Bungie has been near silent about everything.
