Does it mean my ISP sucks if I can't even watch 720p videos?
Seriously. If I go beyond 360p the video will buffer forever or it won't even load up at all.
I've tried this both on my computer and Ipod 5. So I don't think it means I have weak tech.
I'm not super techy in this so I need an answer.

Well at least it isn't some point to point beaming crap. If there's water in the air my internet starts spazzing. :(
