I always that, at least in Dark Souls 1, you could only be invaded if you were in a human state. Is this something they changed in Dark Souls 2, or am I getting seriously duped?
Just simply invaded in any area, not just special circumstances (like the Bell towers).

It is something they intentionally changed, you are supposed to be able to get invaded while hollow.

5 RepliesI'm a blood bro, and I gotta admit I feel bad sometimes when I invade and kill someone. But I already killed the blue knight guy so there no way to atone for my sins.

2 RepliesYou can be invaded at any time, but because the game's networking is messed up it will very rarely happen outside of those terribly broken covenants. (Rat, Bell Tower, etc.)

13 RepliesI'm just tired of hearing that fleshy sound and not get a hit.

It's changed. You are less likely to be invaded while human (correct me if I'm wrong).

2 RepliesThey pretty much switched it around. If you're human you have less chance of being invaded but you can still be invaded.

Edited by burritosenior: 4/1/2014 1:50:22 AMYou can always be invaded in Dark Souls 2. I think being human lessens the chance in this game, though. Or maybe it's when you burn an effigy only.

Edited by A Cheese Potato: 4/1/2014 1:43:53 AMYeah they changed it in 2, you can be invaded whenever. You still have to be human to invade someone yourself, at least with the cracked red eye orbs, and probably the red soapstone too.
