There is currently no information on this. But given the success of the Dungeon Finder in other MMORPGs like WoW it is plausible that there will be some form of Strike Finder. As for raids typically you don't want to be randomly match up with players, you want to purposefully pick and build your raid team to handle a number of possible situations. And you want to diversify your team as much as possible which is already hard enough without being match randomly with players. So if it were up to me I would say yes to a Strike Finder but not a Raid Finder
