More Mass Effect 3 DLC on the way
Offical announcements today for upcoming and final multiplayer and single player DLCs for Mass Effect 3.
I couldn't care less about the single player since the campaign was awful, but I'm a huge fan of it's multiplayer. Plus, MP DLC is free. Can't complain with that.

I'm happy and sad. One of the biggest moments I was looking forward to in the series was when the rachni made a return to the galaxy. And with how everything worked out, it's like it never even happened. I was hoping there'd be a DLC based on some of the loose ends we never got to see, but if this is the last, I am sad.

2 RepliesThat SP DLC actually seems interesting. Most ME DLCs basically ignore your squadmates, most of the time giving them zero lines. Having a DLC that focuses on them is good.

Perhaps you could have the option of playing [i]while Shepard is out there doing stuff[/i]? You cold even import your Shepard data from the game! I think the final verdict will place the plot pre-galactic-human though. How long ago did the humans discover the citadel? I think it was a number under 200 years... Bioware could make an alien only game.

Hopefully the SP will give the characters the sendoff they deserve and pave the way for a new set of characters in future Mass Effect games. I have been playing the crap out of the MP recently and almost have everything unlocked. Plus, krogan with biotic hammer, need I say more? I honestly don't mind the ending (EC made it much better), and what a lot of people miss is the fact that while your choices might not have had a huge impact on the ending, they had a HUGE impact on how your story turned out. People only look to the ending, and ignore the awesome game.

I really don't understand everyone's complaints about the endings. I think it could have ended differently, and I may have preferred it done differently, but these endings were still just fine in my opinion.

New maps for MP plus more hazard variants is great news. Im interested for the SP DLC, but we shall see what the reviews say first. But I wonder how it will play with dead squadmates. I want to do it on my main playthrough which is completed (Back to Cerberus HQ). Or do I have to start another one to have everyone?
