Buying a gaming laptop. VERY new to PC gaming. I'm about as informed as a 7 year old is to molecular physics.

[/url] Though you should know that the GPU isn't the only thing that matters. Truth be told though, you shouldn't have any trouble running most things for the next couple of years if it's a new laptop. Just don't expect to max out settings. Keep in mind though that if you're serious about gaming, you might want to just go ahead and get a desktop. You'll be able to keep it up to date for quite a bit longer and it will probably be cheaper.
