PSN to PC merger

So I merged my PSN to my Steam PC account so I could transfer my characters onto PC but when I did that it shows 2 characters that aren't my actual characters I have on my PlayStation account? There are 2 different characters but they are just fresh out the just created level one characters, and it's not letting me do anything to really allow me to get my actual characters onto my transfer after doing everything...

Hey there. The two characters on PSN have game history going back all the way to 2017 so they are old characters not new ones. What might be making them look new is Edge of Fate's 'power squeeze' that was implemented a few days after you last played the game in July 2025. Edge of Fate changed the power band from 1900-2010, to 10-550. All characters had their power reduced to 10, including your two PSN ones. So while that might have made them look like starter characters, these are definitely your old characters, that you created when Destiny 2 launched and have played various things on them since over the years.
