Issues validating account - perhaps due to a converted internet phone number

Hello, I'm being asked to verify my account in order to play Iron Banner. * It says that I am a F2P player, and that the two options for verifying are to either buy DLC (which I've done in the past on this account and platform?), or to verify with SMS. Since I'm unsure how to tell it to look closer at my DLC purchases... I will just verify with SMS. * When I put in my phone number, it says "We’ve encountered an error, please try again later. (3)". * I checked the SMS Validation article on Bungie Help, which says "What kind of phone number can I use? Currently only cell phone numbers can be used – we do not allow landline or VOIP numbers at this time." * Well, I'm using a phone number attached to a real phone, but I suspect the issue is that it originated as an internet phone number and was later converted to a "real" phone number. (This isn't the first time I've had this issue with a service for this reason, and I suspect it won't be the last.) So... what do I do here? Please help.
