Weekly challenge Vanguard Supply Recovery - II is bugged and not counting pads already picked up retro-actively
Ok there is either an issue with the weekly challenge Vanguard Supply Recovery - II or the spawning of the datapads.
I have done multiple runs of both Insight Terminus and Battleground: Core and the datapads are not spawning for me. They did appear to be there for at least some other fireteam members.
I am not 100% certain but I think I collected these pads previously in a week where they weren't the weekly challenge, which would explain why they are not there now. The ISSUE being they haven't counted toward the challenge retro-actively so now the challenge is impossible to complete.
Interestingly the pads for the other two pad pickup challenges Pinnacle Data Pad Retrieval Part II and Reclaim Missives Discovered - II did count retro actively.

I can't complete 2 of the seasonal challenges regarding the data pad retrievals for this week, in Tomb of Elders and Pit of Heresy Beneath the Necropolis, they don´t spawn.

Apparently if you picked up enough data pads farming the Division portal activity it will clear the lorebook, and if you complete the lorebook, the data pads will no longer show up making it impossible to complete the weekly seasonal challenge. Bungie will need to fix this I think?

1 ReplyI’m having the same problem and just made a post about it as well … Having trouble completing seasonal challenges. It seems that if I allready picked up the data pads in certain activities prior to it being a seasonal challenge then I can’t complete it since it’s no longer there. Has anyone acknowledged this yet? This bug is preventing me from advancing to the next guardian rank
