Have personally gone through and gilded my flamekeeper title for the 4th time, the main focus is to run solo ops, and do the daily and weekly solstice challenges. I had noticed scorched giving no credit towards the ranking and found doing the aforementioned helped out. Be sure to utilize reroll tokens as soon as possible to maximize gains of rank xp.
