Unstable core absurdity
The quantity of unstable cores needed to bring gear up to the current level shouldn't be as stupidly high as it is now. A reduction of that cost is needed; it takes about 15-20 dismantles of at power level gear to level up just one gear from lvl 10 or 200 to 400+

Everything will be reset to 200 when the next season starts, if you're infusing items you aren't actively using then you are just wasting resources.
