Can't Access Episode Echoes Despite Having Annual Pass

Problem is just like what's described above, I bought the annual pass a few weeks ago at a discount, I have full access to Episode Revenant, but I can't access Episode Echoes. The first quest to start the questline on nessus isn't showing for me, and I can see in game that I own Episode Echoes so I know I should be able to access it.
