I'm so glad Bungie used time and resources on making Trials more accessible and rewarding for players instead of addressing other issues in the game. Seems like it was well-spent.

Um, yeah. Any time spent on PvP is time well spent

Trials had been left to rot via skill creep for years. The change is very positive in brining players back to the mode. It’s even made me play regular PvP. Instead of just waiting for more content next week, I got on and played crucible for fun for the first time in years. Now whether or not this will last, is something we have to see.

1 ReplyThere is only couple of people at Bungie who works at pvp. And the others work at seasonal/dlc content.

Mfs are still crying at being stopped at a certain win count because it's impossible to win apparently.

I’m glad Bungie put the time into the Trials changes I got - to the lighthouse for the first time since D1 - the new helmet, chest and arms for my Warlock - an adept Exalted Truth (Demoralize/Repulsor Brace, Destabilising Rounds) - 5x Aisha’s Care - 7x Keen Thistle - 6x Exalted Truth - 3x Shayura’s Wrath - 3x Yesterday’s Question - 4x Tomorrow’s Answer -
One step at a time, eventually the bugs and other issues will get fixed. Enjoy Destiny 2 Guardian 🫡🍻

Most people seem to be enjoying it. Not the crybabies on this forum, but people who actually play the game.

I had not played trials in months and had a great time this weekend.. actually went on a 7-1 stretch on the card that would have been flawless before the rework…

2 RepliesEdited by Zodleon: 2/16/2025 11:02:47 AMI thinks it's a cool rework, and I think I like it personally, as a trials main, but more, fundamental issues need to be addressed yea. Edit: except for gilding, I for some reason need a fireteam for that now and I'm not bothering with that.

5 RepliesI do think trials is doing pretty well in comparison to the way it was before. It was in need of a facelift, and I think the players who actually care about the mode are in agreement that (at least up until the flawless pool) it's in a good state. Unfortunately, we are always gonna have the types who just won't be pleased until they get free wins with no effort. Been the same way since destiny 1.
