But then for so many guns the perks you would want to weight against simply arent in the right box. If this system was implemented intentionally, then whoever was placing those perks has been doing a pretty bad job. Plenty of god rolls have been weighted to drop more often, rather than less. It all points to something wrong with the code, rather than a malicious altering of probabilities to inflate playtime.
