I am unable to claim last season's rewards on my alternative warlock class. I keep getting the error "You do not have permission to claim this reward. (1686)" and I am unsure why. I was able to claim the deep site harmonizers, so I know the claiming is working fine. Could it be because I did not buy the last season but was given it along with everyone else? Any help would be appreciated.
