Dear Bungie, Everything that follows comes from the last 8 hours, following server maintenance, the false promise of fixed issues and general disappointment and sadness as fans of the game and franchise. Myself and dozens of members from my clan have been trying to play the game in various ways and the servers are not currently stable enough to support anything more than 5-8 mins of gameplay. I got a 30 minute competitive crucible suspension from getting disconnected in TRIALS (Before he match even started, might I add), first getting disconnected by code ANTEATER, then, taken back to orbit by error code BAT. I also lost some comp rep from getting disconnected before we even loaded into the map. My clan-mates had planned a raid, that fell through because they couldn't get all 6 of them to be online for more than a few minutes. I can't even load into the tower or the helm when I first try to without getting error code CURRANT. For the love of god Bungie, just take the servers down fully and sort this out. No one is winning in this situation, your staff have to struggle with allegedly trying to fix things while people play, and no one can play because the servers have the stability of a late-stage Jenga tower. This is literally happening to everyone. Finally, please don't tweet that issues have been resolved 3 times on the same day and not have it be true in any of those instances. Just take the game down and fix it, please. An avid Destiny fan who feels saddened by the mediocrity and disappointment of the current state of the game and overall experience. As well as the tone deaf and radio silent demeanour of the devs and community leaders towards the player base. UPDATE 20/09/23: The night after – BEE and WEASEL error codes still seem to be popping up, things are definitely "more" stable but it was literally unplayable before so not going to give any praise there. Currently stuck on the infamous one moment please screen, so I'm guessing it's not just me, right? I'll reiterate, Bungie, just take the game down for proper server fixes, patching the hole in the boat will only keep you afloat for so long...
