My clanmates and I completed a Vow of the Disciple raid. Upon spawning in, i was plagued with the invisible player glitch and could not see my guardian, or my fireteam. To our knowledge, nobody died throughout the raid and we were under the impression we had completed it flawlessly. However, upon completion of the raid, we did not receive the triumph and noticed that i had a death when we checked on raid report. Can this please be reviewed?
