I’ll be honest, we don’t see a lot of worthwhile content anymore. Posts that users spent time or effort on. The only content I see that takes more than two seconds of brainpower are the RPs, which I personally don’t jive with, and half of them are copying Blaze’s Bar. We get repeat after repeat of old material. I repeat material all the time. Every post of mine is an injury or an animal bugging me, and I’m sick of it. Unfortunately for me, I never cease to create problems for myself and I love to complain, so if I can make it a lil funny, I’m gonna post it. So here’s the challenge: whip out your notes app and write a gotdam post. It could take you only a second, but it can be anything you like. It’s funny, its intriguing, it’s thought provoking, it’s open to interpretation, it welcomes outside participation. Whatever you like, but for the love of all things holy, do not write “Just ate at Chick-fil-a AMA” and I realize by saying this, likely more than one of you will write that exact post in an attempt at humor. Sure, go ahead, but you smell bad and your mom likes the dog more than you. I see why girls don’t look at you, except with a contemptuous glare Second step: don’t fawking post it. Sit on it. Open the note every few hours and ask yourself “is this post kinda worth it?” Edit the post, change it up. Make it funnier, make it longer, fill it with words normal people don’t use. Take 3 days until you post. If by the end of that, you genuinely cannot come up with something that you deem “quality” then this exercise should be a real eye-opener. I am not suggesting you do this every time you want to write a post, but it just might entertain you and others a little more than posting “My thoughts of Book of Boba Fett episode 7: it was good I really liked it” If you do this, tag it #kwality. I promise I’ll read it, maybe I’ll enjoy it. Creativity is dying and I know you’re capable of more. Trust me when I say everyone has more fun when you contribute something better.
