Hey guys I had posted about this a few months back and eventually a update seemed to fix it but now it’s back again for some reason Destiny 2 refuses to run properly I am getting 7-23 frames at most when not in orbit. Even just standing in the tower courtyard at the spawn point my FPS drops from 7-21, to 7 and then back to 21 again. I used to be able to get several hundred FPS everywhere. Now I get like 300 in orbit but if I open a menu or I load into any location, strike, gambit, free roam, etc anything but my ship in orbit I get 22 frames with ridiculous stutter if I’m lucky. (It used to be in orbit too till a few updates ago) I have tried everything I can possible think of including Reinstalling my graphic drivers(they are already up to date) making sure windows update is fully updated (it is), clearing the games cache files ( the folder under the Bungie folder in the appdata folder.), validating the games files through steam, fully uninstalling and reinstalling D2 from scratch to a different hard drive (it is currently on a NVME SSD which is my C drive with my OS) and the only thing I’ve found is that the GPU scheduling slider under windows 10s graphics settings makes it run even worse (I usually have it off but thought I see if it made a difference) I have also disabled game mode in the Xbox Game bar apps settings for windows 10. Which didn’t help at all either. If anyone knows how to fix this I’d greatly appreciate it!
