I'm having an issue with not being able to receive the harbingers echo sparrow after collecting all 40 eggs

I've collected all 40 corrupted eggs and checked the triumph to be sure I completed it and I haven't received the sparrow at all. I just want help understanding why I haven't gotten it yet and if there's a solution and hoping I didn't waste my time for something to get nothing in return.
