Support request for missing content

Hi , I have tried looking for a contact customer support link but to no avail. I have purchased the Destiny 2 beyond light +1 season pass, when i try to play season of the splicer it asks me to buy Destiny 2 beyond light and the +! season pass again . So it takes me to steam where it then says you already own this content . I cannot access it in game , i can play beyond light. Can some one from customer support help me resolve this issue please. i can send pictures if needed as proof of purchase and i guess you can check my account . I purchased a season pass so i can claim the rewards when levelling up . So i don't understand why its not working. Many thanks. I will add that i played on cross save on my ps4 account through steam. I disabled my cross save because i realised my ps4 account didn't have destiny 2 beyond light purchased how ever i was still able to play that content but not the splicer content .

    Hey there. When did you buy the +1 version? If you bought it recently (well, within the last three months), that season pass is for Season of the Lost. The only way to get Season of the Splicer (which is the previous season) now is through the deluxe edition.
