The Nerf for Ursa and Phoenix is a Kick at the Balls

Some of us are into that sort of thing…. We do play Destiny, so deep down we’re all Masochists. Some of us are just at different levels. Don’t worry, they’ll be another Exotic that we’ll find to Abuse. Then the nerf cycle will continue. I get it, some ppl don’t like change. But if a game gets too stagnant it gets stale. This isn’t anything new with Bungie. Always go in EXPECTING your favorite build will eventually get Nerfed.

12 RepliesIt was needed to allow Build variety....and to allow for more variety in content design. Everything in the end game right now is BUILT in order to allow for the possibility that people will just sit in a well of Radiance or a Ward of Dawn the whole time. I'm looking forwards to the chance to run OTHER BUILDS as a Warlock.

3 RepliesYeah no. Ursa was busted busted in gms, and all starfire did was reinforce the effective monopoly that well has on pve. They're fine, will still be used, and people will stop complaining about it.

I'd say blade barrage is worse since they likely didnt remove the "energy returned over 2 seconds" part of its perk and they probably didnt buff its damage since it sucks vs everything but red bars.

Agree. 70 to 75 percent. Or I would be fine if they unnerfed orbs of power to pre forsaken level. Back when big juicy orbs were a thing. I remember when it only took a handful of orbs to get ones super back. Oh the good days.

Double Ursas with 100 intellect will be chainable still I believe. Won’t be to bad.

its really not that bad you will still be able to chain supers because you will get up to 50% back and then when you swap all the orbs youre partner will generate will either top you off or get you realllly close. This is not that bad

I'd probably swap to Energy Converter + Battle Harmony for Well of Radiance. And for weapons that match element and stun Champs next season, Erianna's Vow for Anti-Barrier, Cartesian Coordinate with Thresh for Unstoppable, and Ticuu's Divination for Overload Ursa Builds might be in a rougher spot tho

Honestly, 50% is fine. With the orbs you generate from your Masterworked weapons, it won’t be an issue at all.
