Doing Master Presage but not receiving the Catalyst for Dead Man's Tale
I've done Presage on master difficulty TWICE and I even have the flawless emblem for completing it without dying. The people I've ran it with have received it but I haven't gotten it yet. Zavala doesn't wanna give it to me apparently. Is this a common problem or is this just something I'm experiencing? And what should I try to fix it?

In order to get catalyst, you need to finish the master presage while having the catalyst quest. If the quest isn’t in your inventory or at Zavala, then check the abandoned quest kiosk in tower. Once you get it, you need to do master presage again.
