Hi, I bought the beyond light deluxe edition and season pass, was told I would be able to claim witherhoard from the previous season's rewards. I tried to claim the reward before some deadline, got a message saying that I don't have permission to claim the reward. Please help. Part of the reason I made the purchase was to get that weapon.
