after the game updated (for the new dlc in beyond light) there was that problem that everyone was having trouble entering the game and it ended up that the queue was created and after a while the game goes back to normal.
from tuesday to thursday i was playing quietly without any mistakes or anything when friday arrived the game started giving this error but i kept insisting on entering and one hour i come in but saturday and sunday(that is today) I'm not able to enter anymore because I keep giving this error (Nightingale) "checking update" and don't leave it for anything.
I already cleared the steam cache(and steam downloads), I've cleaned up regedit errors with cclenaer, I've used the command on cmd( ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew ipconfig /release), already restarted the router, already released the ports, already checked the integrity of the files, already reinstalled(
uninstalled and installed again), and all my drivers are up to date and all my hardware is from 2018 so there's no incompatibility or old hardware problem. and other information o destiny 2(never had this error with destiny 2) is the only game with this problem i have no problem with any other game. all my online games work perfectly. so there is no way to say that the problem is in the internet operator, because otherwise I would be giving errors in other games, but I am not giving any errors in other games or surfing the internet. Sorry for my bad english

1 ReplyI FIXED THIS ISSUE. I had to completely uninstall Steam and re-install it again. I know this is a very long and annoying process to go through, however, I truly believe this will help you!
