Anything in Destiny that forces the garbage irrelevant Crucible down my throat will always be ignored. A lot of people play Destiny because its a PVE shooter with a story, Crucible serves no purpose is a dumb mini side game that could be remove and nothing in Destiny changes. I don't like PVP and I never will and I don't care about all the tryhards who will say "git gud" get bent.

i grinded out last years got all three classes got the ship. for no friggin purpose. fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me. Not going to drink piss this time again.
-
Done it last year bought the glows with sliver "Biggest mistake ever!" When shadowkeep came round found out the rolls were a joke. Deleted them and found never get it back felt scammed and annoyed you couldn't buy them back. Even though there is set rolls in the armour tab
-
Didn't want to but have no one to play trials, nightfall or pit with..
-
All I did was get the first legendary set and then used bright dust for the ornaments and I’m good. I see absolutely no good reason whatsoever to participate in the rest of that grind.

Why are the poll numbers stunted but people keep voting?

2 RepliesI've been skipping D2 since sunset. Right now i'm spending most of my time on PSO2
-
2 RepliesSkipped most of this year. If it’s garbage don’t play it. Some people honestly think they need everything in this game or they need to play all the content. Put the game down for a while and play other stuff. Heard sun setting anyway....that gun you want? No one is gonna be using that soon anyway, who cares? Old locations and content coming back? Who really cares at all? By the time you come back if ever, you will be in the exact same spot as everyone els. No old gear works anymore, so grind new reskins. Lmfao. Good luck whatever you do

Playing a bit each week. Not going to do trials, or pvp, but neither am I fretting about it. Armour changes so frequently its pointless trying to do everything - makes the game a chore and burns players out. Game IS frustrating and disjointed, especially if you try to do everything. Do whats fun for you and skip the rest. Got a feeling this glow customisation will be a big thing in BL

2 RepliesUmmm is Hong Kong skipping freedom?

This escalated quickly 👋🏽🤓🍿

Played the event for the ornaments and triumphs so I’m done with it now. The event isn’t bad and I actually like the play area. The rewards for the grind just aren’t great.
-
Been skipping this game for the last 4 weeks. Been playing other games that hold my attention longer than 5min
-
For me, this is my first day of playing since day one shadow keep, so I'll be enjoying the event. If I enjoy it enough I might buy shadow keep for the story progression. Then see about beyond light.

Yes? I grinded out the blue set on my Warlock and after I put the purple set on, looked at the requirements, I just said “I’m not doing this anymore.” I rarely masterwork armor outside of maybe one set over a years time so the masterwork version of the armor holds no drive for me. I’m not personally enthralled by the solstice armor sets in general but had I wanted the glowing things the Eververse store sells the ornaments as soon as you grind the blue set out. Why would I bother continuing to unlock the actual armor when the end result is granted via the store front? Armor wise the next season is likely to be more Fallen based, no idea what the raid will ultimately be, but if it’s fallen then my time is better spent running Scourge of the Past for full armor sets and Fallen mods for next season. The solstice armor doesn’t allow for the Fallen benefits so it becomes less viable in comparison to armor that is still viable next dlc. That all said, I told my clan mates I’d help them grind their stuff if they wanted it but I’m not going to run the hamster wheel for myself personally. So yes, I grinded a blue set but no, I’m not actively pursuing the solstice event any further.

The EAZ is really boring in my opinion, I forced myself to play it last year only for my gear to become irrelevant within weeks so I have no intention of playing it this year. I'll just focus on earning Triumphs (specifically the Unbroken title) until Beyond Light is released.
-
2 RepliesEvery year the solstice gear is invalidated a month or two later. As soon as the new DLC drops the solstice gear will be worthless. Why bother when none of it matters. I do like the verticality of the EAZ though. I would like more patrol zones, strikes, and raids where you can get super high.
-
Yes, not clan nor friends are interested in doing it, great job luke.
-
Yeah I'm gonna pass on it, got on yesterday, looked at the eververse ornaments to get a preview of the SoH armor and wasn't impressed enough to feel the need. So I'm just getting on to do normal stuff and that's it
-
Nothing against it. I just needed a break and eould rather put more time in pvp on the weekend. Its ok to pass on some of the grind.
-
2 RepliesNOTICE: If you are enjoying this event, please ignore this post. I want to say "do not play to get rewards". In last year, I saw a lot of players left this game in this not-fun event. If you feel pain but join to this event, please ask yourself why do you play a game. If the answer is "to enjoy", you can skip the painful game. And, SGA: This rewards are not mandatory to enjoy this game.

1 ReplyYeah, not doing it. I scheduled ball surgery with a rusty soup can lid instead.

10 RepliesEdited by GeekCred: 8/12/2020 3:30:04 PMA laundry list of tasks a mile long, weeks of my time, all for armor with low stats (sub 60) and the wrong stat distributions...and essentially worse armor than I can randomly get from the recaster...sounds tempting...🤔
-
3 RepliesI was considering it, until I seen it’s pretty much a copy/paste but apparently requires trials to masterwork. I’ll pass.

Grinded blue to purple on warlock. Bought the eververse ornament, removed the trash majestic set and im done. More than enough grind for me. The adventures was the worst part.
