At least the Iron Banner matches are much quicker now
With the removal of Skill Based Matchmaking the level of Skill between teams is pretty whacky. I have now played 7? matches and 3 (back to back to back) of them have ended early because of mercy. So that's good right 👌.

Yeah. It’s perfect. I mean pvp was a fun activity with SBMM. Bungie can’t have that. Just like my loadout was fun after countless hours of grinding. Can’t have that either.

It's better that sweat fests were everyone is runs only meta weapons and you can even run the guns you want

Surprised Iron Banner even has a mercy call sometimes. You can go 50-140 and the match won't call because the conditions to have a mercy only apply when one team is under 30-40 or so points.

Takes me like 3-5 minutes to find a match, about 30 seconds to a minute to load in, and more often than not, getting rewards while still in the black screen due to the game finishing. Sure, it's just glimmer fodder at this point, but who cares? Free loot!

I haven’t played one banner match in D2 that was close to how good it felt in d1. But I’m happy it’s cbmm. Because it was a sweat fest and mercy ruling happened then just as it is now.

I was flying into a game when rewards popped up and my mate says we've just joined a game that's ended. So yeah matches are defo quicker.lol
