Nascent Dawn 1/5 exotic quest is broken or bugged cant progress no node at destination
I combined the 4 required objects to create the access code item. I go to the location it dictated on the description, no node was there/ no music played nothing.
I tried abandoning the quest and starting fresh but it's stuck on that phase and I cannot progress.
Please help

Same problem here. Followed the same steps as OP. Pretty frustrating seeing as its been happening on and off for a few years now. :(

1 ReplyI have the same issue. I think the bug lies in the "Nascent Dawn 1/5" and having "The Machines gun" quest lines together. In the "Nascent Dawn 1/5" quest line where you need to active the node and if you are also on the same 15 nodes piece in "The Machines Gun" quest line it is glitched. I have abandoned both quests and tried a few things to make progress on either. Unfortunate nothing I have tried has resolved the issue. 1. Abandoned "Nascent Dawn 1/5" while having the "Dynamo.Approach.Arch" in my inventory as well as 4 other Stems. When you abandon this quest line the Nodes for "The machines Gun" appear but you can't use the code for them as the seem to be different nodes. Dismantling "Dynamo.Approach.Arch" and trying to create another code just gives you the same one "Dynamo.Approach.Arch" as I believe it is keyed to when you farmed the stems up. 2. Abandoned "The Machines gun" and farmed up stems and still no node "Dynamo.Approach.Arch", and no nodes appear on the map as before when I had both quests. At this point I have farmed up between 20-32 stems and tried different iterations of the above combos of abandoning quests, and creating codes to try and get progress on either quest line. Can a DEV please look into this so that I can complete both quest lines - it appears lots of people have the same issues with being a new player and getting these quests together at the same time.

Yep. Same with me here. Looks like it's happened before as I see forum posts from 2018 with a similar issue. Looks like the new season's update broke it again...

Confirming that I'm running into the same situation. Node does not appear. Dismantling Override Frequency and creating a new one with new Resonate Stems do not fix the issue.

Having the same exact issue with the sleeper and nascent dawn quests too. Hope it gets addressed soon.

4 RepliesSame problem. Anyone try to abandon the quest and redo it? Is there an issue if I have Nodes and Protocols active at the same time? If I abandon this step will it make me start the whole quest line over?

1 ReplyGlad I'm not the only one having the issue, but still no idea how to resolve. Made other members of fireteam the leader, and launch us to Mars, but no luck. Abandoned the quest for several hours, closed game, came back later to pick up, and still the same.

It seems to be glitched if this is the first node you need . There is a post on reddit that also has this issue. (new post) NOTE: I can't see the node either, but can see other nodes, But I've also done the quest long time ago. But nodes should still be visible. I've checked a few others and they are there.
