Twitch Prime Loot Rewards not going through
I’ve connected my Amazon and Bungie accounts with Twitch Prime per the instructions.
I get the option to claim my rewards, but after I click on Claim, all I get is a rotating circle that never ends.
And yes, I’ve created new ones of each after my original Amazon and Twitch Prime accounts didn’t work per suggestion by the community.

2 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, the rewards are unable to be claimed and are instead stuck in a permanent loading icon loop? We recommend clearing your browser cache/ cookies, as well as swapping to an incognito window in order to claim the rewards.

Do you share an Amazon Prime membership with anyone else? The offer can only be claimed on one Bungie.net profile/platform account. If that doesn't apply to you, have you tried claiming the offer using a private/incognito window, or a different browser you don't normally use?
