Season of Undying "Play your way" Season of Dawn "Yeah solar subclasses and long range weapons or you're bust" Added to that the padding xp grind of the battle pass, I'd rather play other games my way thank you. I hope you bury this seasonal system under a rock after the last season of these four end.

Yo $300 million is a lot of money. I think I will just stick to the dungeons, raids, and the story... For any season shown or brought up, all I have to say is, “Yeah I was there.” We did/didn’t save Saint-14 and I was there.

The livestream was pointless but see you Tuesday. $10 for $10 worth of content seems worth it but I’ll wait until Tuesday. I’d take a reveal “trailer” over the live streams.

Bungie comes out with a hype trailer, and everyone gets excited, bungie Pat's themselves on the back, only until the actual content comes out and people are able to see just how bad the content is, and then.... back to the complaining, back to the "we're listening", back to the "we will learn from this season, and use the feedback to help shape future content". Same ol cycle of disappointment. Moving along

2 RepliesThis looks like it may be the first "content drop" that I won't be taking part in. Shadowkeep sucked and season of the undying was even more pathetic. Season of Dawn isn't looking any better. FOMO, lots of Eververse and playing it is nothing short of a chore. That's what Destiny is now.

My reactions to this trailer: - Oh no it’s Osiris - Oh no it’s mercury - That isn’t what the TWAB promised but I have no expectations left. - Oh sweet it’s saint 14! - Oh sweet maybe we can get a perfect paradox with random rolls.... oh no it’s going to be re-re-skins of COO forge weapons. - Oh no it’s the infinite forrest - What is up with that voice?!?!?! - OF COURSE ITS AN EVERVERSE COMMERCIAL! (Here is a hint if you’re not sure if it’s an Eververse commercial or not: does it show case emotes, new finishers, and/or sparrows? It’s an Eververse commercial) - Oh sweet Rusted Lands is Back that’s cool. - How come no one ever sets up a match so I can get a free seventh column? - Of course its an Eververse commercial. In general it looks like season 8 lowered the bar and season 9 is going to be at that level. Some short enjoyable story stuff, a new activity that will be fun for a bit, and enough shake up of game play to get us to next season, but it’s not impressive. I’m not going to be messaging all my friends who stopped playing and telling them they have to get back for this one.

5 RepliesNope... won't throw good money after bad money this time. - Old D1 pvp maps being periodically ported to D2. - Horde mode with more stomp mechanics bosses being recycled across seasons. - Exotics being recycled (titan helmet) - Exotic quests give underwhelming or soon to be nerfed stuff or total garbage in most situations - Osiris left bad first impressions so lore wise I don't have much hope from his story - Continuation and time travel mixed together sounds like cheap b grade movie sequel to work around small budgets. - Vex gate was close....lol ikora and osiris are super bore if they think we will fall for that vex gate again! - New finisher will 99% be linked to season pass purchase (again people have other threads on this) All in all I don't see why this season pass will be different from previous. A horde mode and maybe a pit and some lame exotic quests with pinnacle fomo weapons.... Not the Destiny I would pay for anymore

Now, i'm a little drunk, but i'm almost positice I just played a match on Twilight Gap. Good job with the reskin/ port over of an old map instead of possibly making new content for onc3. I'm assuming at this point youre just a recycling bin...maybe even a city dump for Chinese restaurant menus of places that went out of business in years pruor. If there is a d3, i'm assuming it will all be D2 reskins and possibly some co tent fro. Minecraft and jet set radio future from playstation 1. Maybe even aome of those dirt poopy looking piles from mars on D1.

Datto etc can have their hardcore 980 1000 etc activities, but make sure we casual players can get good loot too with easier activities. Check out um BASICALLY EVERY OTHER GAME ON THE SYSTEM. Difficulty level does not affect loot on any other modern game. Sort. It. Out.

If D1 is being periodically brought back into D2, why not just keep D1 which was good and just add on to it. Surely that would’ve been more beneficial than whatever mess this is now
