I know in the past there were people who were unfairly banned for things like aim bot being detected on their PCs and it seems like its happening again. I dont play on my pc as much as I do my console but when I do I go on to complete triumphs late at night or complete bounties and i also use my xbox controller when playing so theres slight aim assist when playing to compensate playing against people using mouse and keyboard so I was confused when I woke up this morning and found out my account had been banned for aim assisting programs detected on my hardware. There's actual people who hack the game out there and I dont see them getting the same treatment that innocent people like myself are getting for no reason other then false detections and I have proof to supply that I dont use aim bot software on the game that I will provide when asked.
I know in the past there were people who were unfairly banned for things like aim bot being detected on their PCs and it seems like its happening again.
This is false. People banned for using cheats were confirmed to have been using cheats. In your case, there was even an additional verification by Security confirming the ban was valid. Standard xbox controllers do not cause bans.
There's actual people who hack the game out there and I dont see them getting the same treatment that innocent people like myself
People who cheat/hack/use restricted programs get banned, it just takes time.
I have proof to supply that I dont use aim bot software on the game that I will provide when asked.
You cannot prove bungie's logs wrong. They are captured in real time when the event happened. Anything else can be easily modified or altered to show "innocence"

Dude, just stop. You were given your answer already by BNGSecurity in your other thread: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/254113019?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 Just....stop.

Loyalty. Time played. Content purchased. Gear earned. When you started. Intent. Threats. Begging. It is all irrelevant. They make the rules. We have to follow them. Break them and they penalize you. There is NO course of action to appeal any punishment issued. They WILL NOT lessen or remove any punishment issued for any reason. They've had this no tolerance policy since Day 1 of D1. It won't change anytime soon. Intentionally or not your account broke the rules. Ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt you from them. Your account is done. Right or wrong. There is literally nothing you can do about it. So your only two options are to buy the content again or move on. Here's some examples of other kids that "did nothing wrong." http://imgur.com/a/mdFAQ1A Now gtfo cheater.

2 RepliesYou don’t get banned for using controller on PC. You do get banned for having software on your PC that can be used to modify game code, even if it’s not used for Destiny 2.

10 RepliesThere is no appeals process. Their decision if final. Bungie security may respond with a generic reason but they rarely respond to ban posts.
