Mediocre update. No golden gun buff, negative in crucible maps, best armor sets are premium and eververse. No addressing of the reskin controversy.

2 RepliesWow tipical Bungie logic, supers are still a little too frequent even after we nerfed the exotics, so we are nerfing supers by 50%.... Why do they always do to extremes....

"These changes will reduce the speed with which players are able to earn their super which supports difficulty and reduces the current ability to trivialize certain content through excessively chaining supers." Didn't you guys get such strong and pointed feedback that supers were in an awful position that you centered an entire update around fixing that moronic launch blunder? We care about fun. Supers can obliterate certain content...that's not trivializing it, that's just having fun. Please stop telling us to play the game your way.

2 RepliesTop tree tether gets nerfed twice...smh Caster gets full 100% benefit while allies get 50% Meanwhile Ward of Dawn & Well of Radiance casters and allies get full benefits of the super....Please correct me if I’m wrong, [b][i]BUT[/i][/b] this does not seem ok at all.

So this update is the Go Slow update LOL I'll still play to judge the changes for my self. I'm not happy about super nerfs in PvE, but I can live with the rest of nerf and buffs

So basically you've tuned the game so that streamers can't 1 phase everything but in the mean time made bosses much harder to kill for everyone else. I get it, sometimes things get out of hand but your balancing the game around the wrong people. Edit - looks like the only 2 new sets of armour are in eververse and the premium pass as well, that's a scummy move.

Such potential, but it all just comes across like Bungie doesn’t know what they’re doing (apart from implementing FOMO to work on gambling like addiction, how lovely of you). It also takes WAY too long to fix stuff that doesn’t work or that people strongly campaign to be changed.

Can’t say I have any interest in feeling weaker with things like reducing how often we get supers. Nobody liked that in early D2, remember? You’re still making ugly, uninspiring armor sets. Nothing about updating year 1 weapons to random rolls? How disappointing. Oh I get to grind out escalation protocol over 5 weeks again to get armor I’ve already earned to finally have it be useful? Gee, thanks so much for asking me to grind a boring activity I’ve played to death. You’ve not done nearly enough to make the old content worthwhile. So Shadowkeep will be new, yeah, but all this other content I’m completely bored of will still be completely boring. Yay. Still nothing on faction vendors? Can’t just introduce them full time with packages of updated faction weapons with random rolls and armor 2.0? Feels very lazy to me. Nah, not excited sorry.

Will ornaments for the returning Y1 sets also be obtainable again or is it just that if we earned em previously they'll work again now?

Why/how were the pvp maps selected for “benching”? Seems like some other maps have greater need for rework.

I don't think when a super goes from 50% to 45% is going to matter all that much in the long run. Aren't the new artifacts going to pump us up? What about the old D1 stats that we are now able to focus on more? intellect is what allows us to gain or super faster so in the end even though our super generating orbs don't give us as much, wouldnt our new stats balance that out? Instead of acting like a manchild, why don't we take another look back at the old vidoc or any other of the hundred of screenshots people have of the old stats coming back and then maybe listen to some explanation on how the old stats work? Maybe ask for a refresher because people like to be in a coma all the time then wake up to rant? I'm sure if the character is as powerful as it was right now and they had to introduce stats that also improve on something like supers they would have to tone whatever we have right now down a bit so that way when they implement the stats it would feel about the same. again they said that we're building our killing machine. So let's do just that. Utilize armor 2.0 with all the mods and the artifact effects and see what happens. What if they brought back the scorri effect from D1? They have not yet to reveal any of the new artifact mods. We should just ask for more clarification. we haven't even played the content yet and everybody is just running blood from their eyes. You people need to chill.

The new raid is offering reskined Armor? Queue Bad Guy by Billie Elish cause I'm gonna dance on the dead ghosts of Raiders every where. LoL Finally the new looking Amor is coming from some thing besides a raid this makes me so excited. Next check I'm buying Shadowkeep. I'm going to remake my Titan, main a Titan for the first time since Taken King and collect that Moon armor, I'm gonna put the song Rocket Man on Repeat and just chill, it's gonna be great. Jk, still using my Conspirator Scoutrifle from Levithan.
