3 RepliesGood, titan supers are a scourge on PvP

8 RepliesEasy fix. It’s called picking hammers. The fact that you don’t run hammers all day everyday is kind of a disgrace if you ask me. Eat some bacon, chug a beer, and really think about the poor decision you’ve made to even consider anything but hammers.

1 ReplyGet good bro I don’t have the problem so must be a you thing

Honestly this past week and a half has been super screwy in nearly every aspect of the game. Can't tell if it's a you problem, a game problem or a server problem. I meant we know there are horrid server issues but that makes it difficult to figure out the actual cause of your problem. My bf has been -blam!- about his flaming swords of destruction not behaving like they should ever since the last patch so I don't think it's just you..or just titans.
-
It's not just you, its hit reg is wonky asf
-
8 RepliesIt's been an issue since the start of the game. Funny how spectral gets its hit registration fixed but they can't give the same treatment to sentinel.
-
4 RepliesThrowing shield makes up for the bad registration
-
Yeah happens all the time man not just you!
-
1 ReplyJust throw the no skill shield

Void blades got fixed in a few months... 2 years and sentinel is still not fixed
-
That shield sure as hell tracks like a mf tho 😂
-
Been that way since day 1 vanilla D2, my friend. On top of that, it's clunky and not fluid like the other melee supers.
-
All melee supers suffer this. Plenty of times with Spectral, and it's not like I can throw or block either.
-
@helpbungie - any feedback?
-
Sentinel has always had horrible hit detection. Among other melee types. It's seriously long overdue that this be fixed.
-
2 RepliesAt least we have our shields right?

This has been an issue basically since the beginning. And it is an issue with a ton of melee stuff. Swords for example have this problem a lot in PvE, technically other melee supers have this issue as well, but it is most prominent on sentinel because it seems to have some of the shortest range when it comes to the actual impact. Technically even arc strider has this issue, but it is at least somewhat countered by the fact that it's hits have a kind of wave that gives it some amount of range. It has been an issue for so long, I don't know if it will ever be fixed. At this point I am assuming it is an issue with the engine, and so unless she change out their garbage engine, we aren't about to see it fixed.

I play lot of Sentinel and it is a big issue, sometimes I see how I directly hit someone, the sound of impact and the person didnt die...

This has been an issue since the beginning of D2, it's long overdue for a fix
-
That happens with all melee attack supers when someone has just enough mobility to backpeddle or runout of an attack. Most common with Spectralblade.

4 RepliesPvP or PvE? I keep seeing these posts but I personally, have not noticed it ever. I'm not saying i don't believe these posts, i'd actually like to test it out and see where you guys are noticing it.

Edited by MaxxorB: 7/17/2019 8:23:33 PMthe bash has been buggy since Destiny's launch, they have been ignoring it for so long so dont expect any fixes.

Shoot, wish they would fix spectral too, I have had times of hearing the sound and getting the hit marker from 2 up to a whopping 5 and not getting the kill
