How do you justify the TTK difference between the likes of wave spliter and scout rifles?

2 RepliesOne is a primary designed for long range. The other is a special weapon that doesn't one shot like the rest, but can work at medium ranges. I'm on Xbox so I don't know how annoying it can be.

1. Range. 2. Ammo economy. Since Trace rifles are weapons that use special ammo. 3. Rarity. All the trace rifles are exotic weapons.

Scouts have better ammo economy and more range. Also all trace rifles are exotic. They cost an exotic slot scouts don’t really have to.
