Has anyone found a fix for-You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action.
Cant redeem any engrams says account isnt linked, signed up using PSN account.

Same here, Using Chrome and Safari. I was able to redeem a Rockstar code 2 days ago, but can't now. Saying I'm not linked, while the previous screen clearly shows I'm signed in on PSN.

I'm having the same problem with my codes not redeeming and showing ###platforms.none### I tried activating them on 3 different devices and 4 different browsers. I'm highly disappointed at this point and I will not be buying any more promotional items at this rate.

Yeah i have my blizzard and PSN and Xbox live accounts linked and it still gives me the platforms none error so this fix doesn't work.

I get the same error. Signed in with Xbox One and redeemed the codes to that account. Tried Chrome and Safari.

Well glad to see there are several of us having the issue. I've been here 3 years and never had issues with linking. Finally get these damn cans in my city and can't redeem them. Be nice to have some acknowledgment from bungie on this problem. They could fix a symbol in game representing a resemblance to a hate group in a day or two but so many effecting playability and rewards get no acknowledgment of existence.

pretty much what everyone else is saying. My account has been linked for 3 years. ive redeemed codes before with no issue , now im getting the error that my account is linked and it clearly is. BUNGIE, JUST TELL US YOURE WORKING ON IT AND WE'LL BE FINE. YOUR SILENCE IS WHATS THE MOST AGGRAVATING.

Same issue/error here - Chrome (both mobile and desktop versions result in error), Xbox Live credentials used to enter code at rockstar.com, Xbox Live credentials linked to my account, both match.

3 RepliesThe "###Platforms.None###" part indicates that some Javascript isn't working correctly on the webpage. You may try a different browser. I generally recommend Firefox or Chrome.

Yup, same issues, clans are linked and phone etc, but not being able to get exp codes to work for destiny 2.....
