Has anyone found a fix for-You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action.
Cant redeem any engrams says account isnt linked, signed up using PSN account.

Tried on android phone, tablet and my PC. Firefox, Chrome and Internet explorer.. no dice. It worked last week but not today.. :(

1 ReplyMy suspicion is they are trying to buy time, Anyone who coded the site should know at least what area the error relates to, I suspect they are unable to fix it without all the codes already entered and not redeemed being lost. To me, a very basic webcoder many years ago, it looks like a database issue. I think they are trying to work out how to delete the data and restart it without losing the codes or how to compensate us for the codes that will be lost. In my opinion its a complete mess and they wont be able to see who has unredeemed codes easily and will take many hours to work this out and then re-enter our entitlements into the new database as it would have to be done manually. I think they are probably crapping their selves about now. ** all speculation buy my honest thoughts **

Having the same issue with my Rockstar codes. Only have a PSN account linked, and the problem shows up on both Chrome and Avast Safezone broswers.

I just ran into the same problem. Couldn't find anything in the FAQ section and no help in the forums. Hopefully bungie will be able to fix it. I was looking forward to grinding extra hard with the xp boosted.

I'm using iPad and its native web browser (I believe Safari.) would this qualify for a class action? Seriously. False advertising and anyone who attempted to do the entire thing (like me) is easily out $30 bucks.

1 ReplyI've been having the same problem with my PlayStation. Never used a code except last week for the Hurricane Relief package. Got that one to work but then I tried doing the Rockstar codes and I've gotten the platform missing thing also. And when I go to unlink my PlayStation it's greyed out and I can't. I've been using my IPhone (which I don't know what safari runs on) and used google chrome on my laptop and nothing seems to be working. I'd really like to get my codes since I almost have them all. It's annoying that it's not working or at least compensate the ones who've gone out of their way to get the codes and then having them not work.

8 RepliesI found a "fix." That is a VERY loose term in this scenario. I was having the same problem. I have both PS4 and Xbox 1 so I decided to link my Xbox 1 account as well. After doing so, it allowed me to choose which platform to redeem the engrams onto. I still have to log in tonight to see if the engrams are t the Postmaster, but this seems to be a workaround. The problem with this is that if you are having this problem, but don't have 2 or more platforms that have played the first Destiny, then you are basically screwed until Bungie fixes the problem that is causing it. However, there is a workaround and this was it.

Same issue, rockstar codes aren't working for my girlfriend and I both, both using Chrome on Android.

Same issue.. Chrome and xbox live.. I can also no longer load my character up in the app as it says i dont have one linked.

Shows that my sparrow from Target redeemed today but is not in my game. This is messed up. Did not have a problem until today. And the ones that I hit redeem on and get the error are vanishing from my inventory. WTF??!! Oh and I use firefox so the internet explorer excuse ain't cutting it! Using my PSN credentials which worked just fine until today.

Ok so I just found this post... I've been having the issue since I bought the game. Pre-ordered and got the code for the note of light for XP and it won't let me use it... I use chrome on my phone it's the only browser I have and my only Internet access. It sucks that this is a prpblem.

I am having the same problem. I have been linked since destiny. it worked before the patch and now it doesn't work at all.
