Has anyone found a fix for-You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action.
Cant redeem any engrams says account isnt linked, signed up using PSN account.

I was having the same issue as everyone here and it was still not working today. But then I remembered destiny has a mobile app so I decided to try it on that. So I tried it and it worked got in game and my rare encrypted engram was waiting for me at the postman

Same thing You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action. This whole Pop Tart thing has been one run around after another. First I got a text 4 days after I submitted saying that it didn't work and asked me if I could submit it again with multiple pictures. 4 days later I finally get the confirmation, and now this.

Same issue here, XBox Live account, using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit). Also tried the App on IOS, but still unable to redeem the codes. Receiving this error on both: You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action.

Yeah Ive been have the same issue for the last couple of days also. I have tried multiple phones, multiple computers, multiple browsers.........come on BUNGIE get your shit together. I dont care if they are only rare engrams. Its the fact that I bought the Destiny 2 Rockstars for that reason.

I just got my codes from Kellogs for my sweet Target stuff. Wondering if I should wait to enter the codes until this is fixed. Would hate to have Bungie fix it and then have the codes wiped.

Same problem here... I've tried multiple browsers with no luck! Xbox one only so its not a credentials problem. I have a terrible feeling by the time this gets sorted out ill be way past these codes being useful for Destiny!!! Wouldn't have spent the money if I knew this was going to happen! (insert sad face here)

1 Replyhow is it that we have all been addressimg this for about 2 days now and there is still no response. Only response is from a bot saying to check different browsers. Its obviously not on our end since people from psn and xb1 are having issues on all browsers. Also, we are able to login to bnet to go to our page to redeem the codes sooooo obviously our credentials are fine. After going through the pain in the butt kellogs code redemption process only to run into this is pretty LAME. just saying.

I am having the same issue. I was able to redeem rockstar codes until 2 days ago. I am using an HTC with psn linked. I get the same codes as everyone else here.
