What's the percentage of Hebridean Thoughtcrime's drop-rate for each Iron Banner Rank (1 through 5)?

Got mine about R3ish as a match reward a few IB ago.

Took all 3 to rank 5 every banner this year and only ever seen one drop. Luckily it dropped for me. :-)

I just got 1 this banner but there seemed to be a ton of them flying around. I never considered it could be rare with as many as I saw this banner

I got it last IB. Didn't even realize. It was the only time I've seen it dropped in person lol. I'd say it's pretty damn rare.

It's a very low drop rate, don't know statistics but my guess would be more like 1 in 500 not 5
