Stormtrance takes no skill....
Sorry this isn't the usual "nerf" post....or is it lol. Seriously people just float/blink towards enemies and don't even have to aim. I know people are going to come in here and say supers in general take no skill but stormtrance by [b]far[/b] has the highest kill potential and is the easiest in terms of aiming and movement. Bladedancers and hammer of sol has its limitations but stormtrance had very little.

My only issue is the melee range (really bungie) and the fact when i try to run away. Sprinting boosting and shoulder charging away from one and they still manage to catch up and kill me because of the duration and range of the super

Yes I only read title. No I'm not a warlock. Yes they do take skill. But they take the same skill to kill 1 person in a room as killing 6 in a single room. Just like foh

Go around a corner and have your shot gun out. They will miss you most of the time and so you can easily kill them.

Try to fight stormtrance in a team. It helps as with any super charged guardian.

3 RepliesSo.... first my sunsinger was "too OP" and they nerfed it. Now I switched to stormcaller and it's "too OP" as well? You people need to quit crying. All of the warlock subclasses are balanced.

5 RepliesComparing Bladedancers to HoS is not even in the same league. That is literally the shittiest class in this game. If they start balancing warlock I won't even give this game the time of day. Stormcaller is the only class out of 9 classes that I actually enjoy playing on.

3 RepliesAll of the supers in the game are designed to get quick multikills with the exception of ward of dawn and sunsinger. None of them take any skill to use, thats the entire point. its incredibly high damage in pve and free kills in pvp to lower the skill gap of the game. You can get shit on the entire match, but you will still get your super and get a couple of kills basically for free. It doesnt take any more or less skill than the other supers. Nova Bomb and Fist of Havoc don't have to be aimed anywhere close to accurately and they instant kill just for pressing the button. Nightstalker can tether from an incredibly far distance so it also doesnt really matter that it has to be aimed. Sunbreaker and golden gun do have to be aimed but its also a one shot from literally any distance if you hit. Bladedancer auto attacks towards the nearest enemy, and Bladedancer also has more range and more armor than stormcaller does. Its not any worse or better than any of the others they're just different for diversities sake, and because its fun. The whole point of any super is to make you over powered for a few seconds. The only skill is when to use it to change the tide of a game.

There are 2 supers that require a degree of skill to use: Sunsinger and Defender. The rest are pretty much aim and kill.
