Stormtrance takes no skill....
Sorry this isn't the usual "nerf" post....or is it lol. Seriously people just float/blink towards enemies and don't even have to aim. I know people are going to come in here and say supers in general take no skill but stormtrance by [b]far[/b] has the highest kill potential and is the easiest in terms of aiming and movement. Bladedancers and hammer of sol has its limitations but stormtrance had very little.

Despite the salt that others are bringing. I do agree that out of all the supers, Stormtrance has the highest lethality to ease-of-use ratio.

And all that AA with the GG makes it a very skillful super wow. I can kill someone with GG while my eyes are closed. ;)

Tbh, all supers don't take much skill. Some may have more kill potential than others, but they are all very easy to use. Sure, stormtrance takes no skill, but neither does fist of havoc, shadowshot, nova bomb, etc. With the exception of defender bubble and possibly sunsinger radiance (when talking about getting kills), supers take little to no effort to get kills with.

You get absolutely NO extra shield while using it and it's easy to run away from with its shit range. I see hammers or bladedancer coming. Maybe fight but probably run. I see stormtrance coming. I kill it. Needs a nerf, my ass. They already ruined the subclass. Those people you kill with stormtrance are retarded and obviously don't know how to kill you.

1 ReplyI would tend to agree with you because of how often that's the Warlock super I die to. But overall I think that it fits the play style of most players. The reckless abandon if you will. Like a FoH, Nova Bomb is a one time deal and needs more patience and time (no pun intended). With Sunsinger, depending on the playlist, you may have to wait for the very end of your timer and even then risk the time running out just to get no reward. With Stormtrance, it lasts so long that you can use it, and use the extra 3 seconds traveling, go around a corner, and kill 5 people. And them potentially still have enough time to get a few more after they respawn.

There is only ONE super that takes actual gun and games kill. That's ward of dawn. Everything is just a free kill button. Gg bud

Edited by Raider TCK: 7/5/2016 9:10:35 AM99% of the time you just get Titan smashed out of your super as it is. So it REALLY doesn't matter. Same goes for blade dancers. Only hammer Titans and golden gun users have great ranges roaming supers. The only really exception is if you run max intellect and open the game with a huge killstreak. After that, you have to get really -blam!-ing lucky.
