Stormtrance takes no skill....
Sorry this isn't the usual "nerf" post....or is it lol. Seriously people just float/blink towards enemies and don't even have to aim. I know people are going to come in here and say supers in general take no skill but stormtrance by [b]far[/b] has the highest kill potential and is the easiest in terms of aiming and movement. Bladedancers and hammer of sol has its limitations but stormtrance had very little.

Dude it's not stormcaller it's the warlock class is general warlocks are very op and have had many nerfs it's just warlocks being unbalanced

Edited by PedalOnTheRight: 7/5/2016 10:40:13 PMnot complaining because I use it in crucible on my warlock more than sunsinger/voidwalker but agreed - of all 9 subclasses, holding the trigger down (or pulsing it since update) and not aiming at all yields more easy multikills than any other super - especially with impossible machines we even joke about it in pve - usually "Watch my skill !!!!" and then light up a mob like a big bugzapper

2 RepliesI disagree. It's pretty easily sniped or traded with if you have a shotgun. I think using ionic blink to dodge is a tough thing to master, can't tell you how many times I've been suppressed out of my stormtrance.

In fact if any enemy is out of range of your trance, anyone can take you down before you reach them. If you can chain it off of others around them, then it's trouble. Or as I've just seen below there's always.......fist of panic 😭😭😭😭

10 Replies7 hours of iron banner today, shut down around 17 stormcaller supers. Got killed by 2. There is damage reduction btw, it's the equivalent of hammers and bladedance, still not sure why people claim stormcaller has no extra armor... [spoiler]voidwalkers beat them anyway[/spoiler]

I think the perk that allows lightning to chain is frustrating to say the least. I shouldn't be instantly killed because someone is standing nearby. Can the chain do less damage without breaking the class?
